Full paper submissions should be limited to a maximum of ten (10) pages, (in the format, link), including the bibliography and any possible appendices. Submissions longer than 10 pages will be rejected without review. All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to scope of the conference, originality, significance, and clarity.
Note that accepted papers up to 5 pages will be published with no additional charge. Exceeding pages will be charged an additional fee.
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
The conference proceedings (ACM proceedings-pending)have been indexed in the past by Scopus, Ei Compendex, etc. This makes the proceedings with very high visibility and impact in both Computer and Communications areas.
Abstracts are accepted for presentation proposal, if you don't want to publish the full paper, just present your work, you can submit an abstract first.
